Shipping Terms

• Smooth Creations usually ships within 24 to 48 hours of ordering. If we cannot ship your order within this time frame, we will attempt to contact you with the reason for the delay and to discuss how you would like to proceed. If we cannot reach you within this time frame we will ship as soon as the items are available.
  
  
• Shipping is via United States Postal Service. If you require a different carrier or expedited shipment method, please call us (803-894-3494) at the time you order.
  
  
• Insurance is not automatically provided. If you elect shipping insurance, its cost will be added to your order total.

Payment Terms and Returns/Exchanges

• Payment is accepted by Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express, or by money order, or check. If paying by money order or check, your order will be shipped after receipt of payment.
  
  
• Smooth Creations does not offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been personalized by engraving, printing or other methods. If you are unsure of an item, please call 803-894-3494 for assistance.
