Shipping Terms and Information

• Smooth Creations usually ships within 24 to 48 hours of ordering. If we are not able to ship your order within this time frame, we will make every attempt to contact you within this same time frame regarding the reason for the delay and to resolve how you would like to proceed with your order. If we cannot reach you within this time frame we will proceed with shipping when the order is ready.
   
• Shipping is via United States Postal Service or UPS or FedEx. If no selection is made, shipping will be via USPS.
   
• Insurance is not automatically provided. If you elect shipping insurance, its cost will be added to your order total.

Refunds and Payment Terms

• Smooth Creations does not offer refunds or exchanges. If you are unsure of an item, please call for assistance.


• Payment is accepted in the form of Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, money order, or by check. If paying by money order or check, your order will be shipped after receipt of payment.
